Due to technical limitations between Jira's login system and the ETAS authentication server, Jira's built in password reset function does not work.

This guide explains how to reset your password by using ETAS ID.

To reset your password click Forgot Password -

On the next page enter your email -

In a few minutes you will receive an email like this -

Click the Link to reset credentials link and reset your password.
