How to resolve or close or cancel a ticket? Are there any ways of resolving, closing or canceling a ticket by myself?

Currently we offer no option to resolving, closing or canceling a ticket by yourself other than creating a comment and telling us to resolve the the ticket. Add the reason to the comment and confirm the resolving by us.
