1 Introduction

This article describes all known issues within the RTA-CAR stack. You can navigate the tree below to find your issue. If you cannot find your issue, please see section 2 of this page.


3.1.1 Affected Versions

RTA-CAR

  • All versions before 9.2.1, when used with ETAS License Manager versions after 1.8.5.53.

ISOLAR-A/B

  • All versions before 9.2.1 when used with ETAS License Manager versions after 1.8.5.53.

3.1.2 Issue Summary

When starting ISOLAR-AB a message box stating the following is shown, and ISOLAR-AB fails to start:

"An error has occurred. See the log file C:\ETASData\ISOLAR-AB\workspace\.metadata\.log."

3.1.3 Workaround

Your version of the ETAS License Manager will need to be downgraded. This cannot be completed without the help of an ETAS engineer.
