UBSW Customers - This portal is offered by ETAS GmbH (ETAS) for General Motors Corporation (GM) and open for all users entitled to work with ETAS software licensed by GM in accordance with the contract between ETAS and GM. Therefore GM has access to all requests in this portal for reading and writing. Service and usage is defined in the aforementioned contracts between ETAS and GM. Where ETAS processes personal data on behalf, GM is acting as controller.
