If you want to disable your user for our ticket portal create a request in the ticket portal for your booked service.

Step-by-step

Follow this instructions:

  1. Open the ticket portal at https://rtahotline.etas.com/jira/servicedesk/customer/portal/20
  2. Select your booked service at the left side
  3. Select the ticket type "Report a request (for xyz service)
  4. Enter "Disable my account" in the summary field
  5. Enter "Please disable my account <your-email-address> latest on <date>" (put here the date when the account should be disabled. Otherwise if you state no concrete date we will disable the account as soon as possible.
