Step-by-step
In case our ticket portal is not available (for instance due to maintenance)
- Write an Email to servicemanagement@etas.com to create a ticket via email-to-ticket interface. Check out the page How to raise a ticket by Email for detailed instructions.
- If the email-to-ticket interface is also not available (for instance cause you don´t receive a ticket confirmation email) write your request to support.mc@etas.com. Keep in mind our service times for getting an answer.
