You can share requests (tickets) by several ways:
- Share with ... when creating the request (ticket) by you
- Share with ... a single request (ticket) is been viewed by you
Step-by-step guide
Share with ... at request (ticket) creation
- Open a request creation form in the portal
- Fill in any needed and if you like any optional data for setting up your request
- On bottom of request form change from "Private Request" to "Share with xyz". Replace xyz with the name of the offered organisation you see. This can be only one organisation or more (see right) and depends on how many organisations your user is member of.
- Select the organisation (group of user) you like to share the request with.
- Confirm the request form by clicking the "Create" button
When the request (ticket) is created it can be viewed and tracked by everyone within the same organisation. Also notifications related to this request (ticket) will go to everybody of the organisation.

Requirements for sharing requests to a group of user
This option needs to be set up by us prior to using it for your user. There is no automatically grouping of user with same background like company, project or group. If you don´t get any organisation (for instance your company) displayed to select for then there is no.
Share with ... after creation of request (ticket)
- Open the request (ticket) in the portal
- Go to "Share" button on right upper corner and click on
- In the new opened dialog enter at least one character of the user you like to share this ticket and a list of user is populated to select from
- Select the user you like to share the request with by clicking on the name of user.
- Repeat this for any other user you like to share the request (ticket with)
- Confirm your selection by clicking on the "Share" button
