Welcome to the RTA-Hotline

Helpdesk

This is where support issues can be raised for investigation by the hotline. You must be logged into a valid customer account when raising helpdesk tickets.

Note

Helpdesk accounts (aka customer accounts) are not the same as Jira accounts, so a new one might need creating.
These do not count towards our account limit, so there are no limits on creation.

Knowledge Base

This is where the knowledge base lives. If you want to manually browse the knowledge articles this is the place to go.

Note

A Jira account is needed to modify these articles. But you can browse and export articles to PDF without an account.

Jira

This is the entry point for support staff to process helpdesk tickets.

Confluence

This is the entry point for support staff to modify this page and create knowledge base articles.
