The Hotline is where you can raise questions/issues for investigation.
You must be logged into a valid customer account when raising tickets.

RTA Hotline Downtime - 15th September

The RTA Hotline login system will be unavailable on the 15th of September between 9AM CEST until later that day. During this time, the login system will be unavailable. However, the email ticketing system will remain available for urgent requests.
